About Us

After years of first-hand experience in non-profit organizational leadership and corporate wellness, we dealt with the challenges of talent retention, managers too busy to develop their teams, costly team chemistry issues, and finding the best talent to fit the existing culture.

Many team leaders were so inundated with the day-to-day demands that there is little time to work on leadership development.

We also noticed that after attending workshops, staff training, and conference that regardless of the speaker or notes, without real-world simulation and practice a large portion of the training doesn't stick.  Even with the best intentions, change is difficult to implement without a system to build better habits.

Performance reviews tend to focus on what a person does wrong rather than what they do best.  So team members would leave reviews deflated and less engaged.

So we wondered what would happen if organizations could focus on their best and partner with someone who focused on bringing the best out of their teams.

How much more could an organization, team, or family produce become if the members had a place to discover and develop their talents?

So we called the answer to these challenges and questions: MODUS.  We specialize improving the way you work by employing best leadership practices and developing the talents that make you unique.

We were compelled to test the answer to these questions in the real world.   The response was greater than we could have imagined.  Team members not only discovered their greatest talent, executive leadership created opportunities for team members to shine and it resulted in better work.

That's the really the heart behind MODUS…if everyone develops the way they work then the organization, team, or family works better.

"Most people think they know what they are good at.  They are usually wrong.  And yet, a person can perform only strength." -Peter Drucker
